We do not believe in pre-packaged solutions. Every pharma company operating in Africa and the Middle East is unique in its product portfolio, its organisational maturity, its market position, and its resource constraints. The right approach for one company in one market is rarely the right approach for another — and any consultant who tells you otherwise has not done this work long enough.
Our starting point is always deep listening. We are more interested in understanding your context than in applying our preferred frameworks. The insight that drives a successful engagement usually emerges from that early, open conversation — not from a methodology slide.
What we bring to that process is twenty-two years of pattern recognition in African and Middle Eastern pharma markets, the ability to ask the questions that get to the root of the challenge, and the senior experience to know what a good answer looks like when we find it.
Our Three-Phase Methodology
Phase One: Discover

Before any strategy is shaped, we invest in understanding your reality — not your stated challenge, which may be a symptom, but the underlying commercial, organisational, or market dynamic that is creating the problem. This phase involves structured stakeholder conversations, data review, competitive landscape assessment, and often on-the-ground market immersion.
We do not rush this phase. The quality of the insight that comes out of Discover determines the quality of everything that follows. A misdiagnosis here costs far more than the time it takes to get it right.
Phase Two: Design
Strategise. Roadmap. Customise.
With a clear understanding of your context and challenge, we move into strategy design. This is where the real consulting work happens — translating insight into a bespoke, actionable roadmap that fits your market, your resources, and your commercial ambition. We pressure-test recommendations against market realities, resource constraints, and the lessons from analogous situations we have navigated before.
Design outputs vary by engagement: they might be a market entry strategy with phased implementation plans, a commercial model redesign with KPI architecture, a pricing and market access strategy, or an organisational capability framework. What they always are: specific, grounded, and built for execution — not for the shelf.
Phase Three: Deliver
Execute. Monitor. Sustain.
Strategy without execution is a wasted investment. Helix Bridge stays close to the work through the delivery phase, whether that means embedding in your team to oversee implementation, running capability-building programmes for your commercial staff, providing fractional leadership during a transition, or monitoring outcomes against agreed metrics and adjusting course as the market responds.
We define success at the beginning of every engagement so we know what we are measuring at the end. And we hold ourselves to those outcomes — not to the delivery of a report.
